• I am having a hard time getting to get the Ftp client to work perfectly with the MfsFtp server.

• 2 pass encoding - it just does not work currently. TyShow is choking on it currently. When I have some free time, I will be taking a look at the source and see if I can figure out what's going wrong there. to connect.

• If your Ready Shows (the ones that already have been encoded) is empty, and you do have files in your data dir, make sure that the following things are correct:
  - Your Web.Config file contains the correct settings for the data dir.
  - Your Data Dir is accessible for the account that is used by ASP.NET.
